This is new urban which is high-grade Apartments Group with 14 blocks, from 25 storeys to 35 storeys. Comprising of residential, retail centre, clubhouse, swimming pool, and office. There are 3 lots namely lot V, lot W and lot X which is connected together by the bridge. Lot W the middle one is under construction.
